Please Join Business Philanthropist Peter Grandich's New Years' Pledge to Help Freehold Area Open Door Fight Food Insecurity & Enhance the Lives of those less fortunate

100% of your donation through 5HelpFoundation will go towards helping Freehold Area Open Door

Freehold Area Open Door seeks to assist the most vulnerable among us. Their goal is to meet clients where they are, address their immediate needs, and then provide support as they develop skills to become self-reliant. The food pantry is only part of what they do.

Rental and Utility Assistance - Their Advocacy Director helps clients with rental and utility assistance to keep people in their homes and keep the lights on.

After School Program - Their After School Program assists elementary school students with their homework.

Scholarship Program - Years later their Scholarship Program rewards the After School Program students with funds for college.

Birthday and Holiday Gifts - Open Door provides birthday gifts for the children of regular clients, ages 6 to 16, who live within their service area. Holiday gifts are made available to those same families, for ages newborn to 17.

Senior Treats - Their homebound seniors receive special treat bags on holidays.

Delivery Program - The delivery program services clients who cannot get to Open Door.

Peter Grandich is asking his friends, followers, and clients to donate with a target goal of $10,000. He will donate and match up to $5,000.
